The City of Johannesburg’s Council Section 79 Committee for Development Planning took oversight tours of projects currently being undertaken by the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA).
As the City of Johannesburg’s lead implementing agency the JDA is accountable to the Department of Development Planning, with the Council’s Section 79 Committee on Development Planning providing oversight of the JDA’s activities and functions.
