Position: EXECUTIVE MANAGER: DEVELOPMENT IMPLEMENTATION

Description: This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer and serves as a member of the Senior Management team. The successful candidate will lead and take full responsibility for the design and implementation of all the JDA’s development projects, as well as ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards. He/she will be expected to develop and implement crosscutting systems and procedures, identify and manage all risks associated with development implementation, as well as ensure the efficient handover of all development projects to clients and stakeholders.

Position: Chief Audit Executive

Description: The successful candidate will direct a comprehensive audit programme and provide internal audit and assurance services to the Board, Audit Committee and Management. The incumbent will serve as the Chief Audit Executive and as a member of the Executive
Management team, as well as perform advanced level of professional and managerial internal auditing work in the areas of risk management, control and governance. He/she will provideperformance appraisals to internal audit staff and service providers, while maintaining professionalethical standards and effective working relationships with Management and staff. The successful candidate will work independently with extensive latitude for initiative and independent judgement within limits of accepted auditing standards and established policy.
