Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Manager

Description: The successful candidate will provide input on the preparation of the Strategic Three-year Rolling Internal Audit Plan and One-year Operational Plan in accordance with the requirements of the International Professional Practice Framework (IPPF) issued by the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and applicable legislative requirements. He/she will execute, supervise, manage and report on all internal audit projects performed in line with the approved internal audit plan, and must champion the implementation of continuous auditing and continuous monitoring in line with the approved Internal Audit Business Plan. Furthermore, the incumbent will implement data analytics and other IA tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal audit process.

He/she will ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, JDA policies and procedures, and will be expected to manage HR administration, labour relations, staff provisioning, payroll and benefits administration, as well as the performance management system and employee wellness
function.
