Tenderers/Bidders must note that the publication of a awarded tender on this website does not create a contractual relationship between the JDA and the specified Tenderer/ Bidder. A contractual relationship will only be constituted once a valid letter of appointment in terms of the JDA tender policies have been issued by the JDA and accepted by the preferred bidder.
The JDA undertakes to use its best endeavors to ensure that no resolutions of the Bid Adjudication Committee awards are communicated on this website unless all internal processes have been complied with. However, the JDA reserves its rights to withdraw awards advertised on this website in cases where it was identified or suspected that there were breaches of its Supply Chain Management Policies.
