The Jabulani Node was identified as one of the City’s signature projects for using Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) to accelerate socio-economic development by revitalizing a neighbourhood for residents, commuters, businesses, and visitors. The Jabulani TOD is being undertaken by the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA) in seven phases. Phases 1 – 4 focused on Bolani Road, Station Link Road and Theatre Link, Legogo Road Upgrade, and Water Tower Link Road.
