There have been increasing emails that pose as correspondence from the Officials of the Johannesburg Development Agency (JDA) recently.
The fraudsters are using the JDA Officials’ names, and office details in their emails and are attempting to convince victims of the authenticity of the messages. They are requesting meetings about projects on tender and say Officials are open to assisting with projects.
